1. About Our Services
LIBS Consultancy & Law Associate provides professional consultancy, accounting, tax, business, and administrative support services. Depending on the service selected, these may include:
- Tax consultancy and tax-related guidance
- FBR-related consultancy and support
- NTN-related assistance
- Tax return and wealth statement guidance
- CAF and Patronato-related support
- Italian administrative procedure guidance
- Citizenship file guidance
- Permesso di Soggiorno-related assistance
- SPID and PEC-related assistance
- Bookkeeping and accounting support
- Financial record organization
- Invoice and expense record management
- Business and professional consultancy
- Documentation and application preparation guidance
- Visa consultancy and documentation support
- Other related professional services agreed with the client
The exact services provided to each client depend on the selected package, the client's requirements, and the agreed scope of work.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Our services are intended to provide professional guidance, consultancy, and administrative assistance. However, LIBS does not guarantee:
- Approval of a visa, citizenship, residence permit, tax application, or other government application.
- A particular tax, accounting, financial, or business outcome.
- Approval by any government authority or third party.
- A specific processing time where the process is controlled by a government authority or third party.
- A specific financial or business result.
Final decisions regarding applications, registrations, tax matters, permits, and other official procedures are made by the relevant authorities.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation.
You agree to:
- Provide genuine and accurate information.
- Submit required documents within the requested timeframe.
- Inform LIBS of any changes that may affect your matter.
- Review documents and information prepared for your approval.
- Respond to reasonable requests for additional information.
- Not provide fraudulent, misleading, or intentionally incomplete information.
LIBS is not responsible for delays, errors, or consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the client.
4. Service Packages
Where a client purchases a service package, the package provides support for the period and services specified in the applicable package description.
Where a package specifically states 11 months of coverage, support is available during the applicable package period for eligible services within the agreed scope.
Services outside the agreed scope may require additional fees. Special, complex, urgent, or exceptional matters may also be subject to separate charges where agreed with the client.
5. Government & Third-Party Fees
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our professional service fees do not include:
- Government fees
- Embassy or consular fees
- Application fees
- Taxes or statutory charges
- Translation fees
- Notary fees
- Legal representation fees
- Third-party professional fees
- Courier or delivery charges
- Other external costs
Where applicable, such costs will be communicated to the client separately.
6. Payments
Payments must be made using the payment method or instructions provided by LIBS.
A service may not begin, or may be temporarily suspended, where the required payment has not been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, professional service fees are non-refundable once the relevant service or consultancy work has commenced.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the stage at which cancellation is requested.
Where work has already been completed, initiated, submitted, or substantially prepared, the applicable service fee may not be refundable.
Government, embassy, application, third-party, and other external fees are generally non-refundable by LIBS.
8. Communication
We may communicate with clients through email, telephone, WhatsApp, website forms, or other agreed communication channels.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking communications relating to their services.
9. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date. However, website information may be changed, updated, or removed without prior notice.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not automatically be treated as personalized legal, tax, accounting, immigration, or financial advice.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, website design, documents, layouts, and marketing materials, is owned by or licensed to LIBS Consultancy & Law Associate.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Clients may provide sensitive financial, tax, business, identity, immigration, and administrative information.
LIBS will take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of information provided to us, subject to applicable law, our Privacy Policy, and necessary disclosures to authorities or third parties where authorized or legally required.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LIBS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses arising from:
- Government or authority decisions.
- Application refusals or delays.
- Changes in laws or regulations.
- Third-party service interruptions.
- Incorrect information supplied by the client.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to These Terms
LIBS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the services provided and the applicable jurisdiction.
Where a separate written service agreement exists between LIBS and a client, that agreement may contain additional terms governing the specific engagement.
